Flexible BYO options allow you to personalise the celebration, ensuring your drinks of choice are ready for toasts on board. For the comfort of you and your guests, we recommend a maximum of 60 passengers for an extended cruise. However, the vessel can accommodate up to 70 passengers if required, ensuring flexibility for your wedding celebration on the water.
Begin your celebration with a picturesque departure from Noosa Woods Jetty after your beachside ceremony. Cruise along the scenic Noosa River, drink in hand, as the golden hues of sunset set the perfect backdrop. After an hour of relaxed cruising, arrive in style at your riverside reception venue, ready to continue the festivities in effortless Noosa style.
The Noosa Ferry has limited accessibility, and onboard toilets are not suitable for guests with accessibility needs. If your group requires a more accessible cruising experience, we recommend HV Stillwater, which is designed for comfort and inclusivity.

While we love being part of your special day, the Noosa Ferry is not designed to replace a full evening event venue. Our vessels are best suited for shorter celebrations, with charters available for up to three hours maximum. Operations conclude no later than one hour after sunset, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage of your wedding celebration.
While we are BYO-friendly, we also offer two hassle-free options to make your celebration even easier—“BYO with Our Help” and “Beverages Supplied by Us.”
BYO with Our Help
- Let us take care of the logistics so you can simply step on board and enjoy.
- Drop your beverages at our Marina office after 9:30 AM on the day of your charter.
- We unpack, chill with ice, and load everything onto the vessel, ready for you to self-serve.
- Glassware is provided.
- After the charter, we unload any leftovers, which you can collect from our office the following day.

For a completely stress-free experience, let us supply the drinks through our boutique Wine Store.
- Purchase your beverages via our online portal before your charter.
- We pack them into ice-filled tubs, load them onto the vessel, and provide glassware for self-service.
- Any leftovers will be unloaded and ready for collection from our Marina office the next day.
